Services are provided by Ernits OÜ under written agreements outlining scope, timelines, fees, and payment terms.

Client materials must be owned or licensed by the client. Deliverables are transferred according to the signed contract.

Ernits OÜ is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or third-party platform outages beyond reasonable control.
