We know we are inefficient, but we don't know exactly what to automate. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That is exactly why I operate with a "Discovery-First" mindset and offer the Tier 1 Audit. I do not expect you to hand me a technical specification. My process starts by interviewing your team about their day-to-day friction—asking things like, "What tasks feel the most tedious?" From there, I identify the bottlenecks and translate them into a concrete automation roadmap.
How do we ensure an hourly rate doesn't result in a blown budget?
Total transparency and capped scopes. For Tier 1 (Audits) and Tier 2 (Retainers), your maximum monthly or project budget is strictly capped. For larger Tier 3 Sprints, we agree on a target hour range before starting, and I provide weekly reports detailing hours utilized versus specific milestones achieved. You will never receive a surprise invoice.
What happens if an automation breaks after you hand it over?
I do not build fragile scripts; I architect resilient systems. Every enterprise rollout includes built-in silent-failure monitoring (utilizing tools like AWS CloudWatch) and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) error routing. If a third-party API goes down, the system will automatically alert your team and provide a fallback manual entry form, ensuring your operations never miss a beat.
Will we have to buy a lot of expensive new enterprise software?
Usually, no. My goal is to make your existing tech stack work harder for you. By leveraging integration platforms like n8n and structuring data in tools you already use (like Airtable or Slack), we can often bypass the need for expensive new SaaS subscriptions and simply build the connective tissue between your current tools.
Where are you located, and how do we handle communication?
I am based in Tallinn, Estonia, working primarily within the European CEST timezone. Because I frequently build multilingual AI agents and work with international manufacturing and logistics teams, I am fully equipped to conduct business, stakeholder interviews, and system documentation in English, German, and Estonian.
